Plumbing / HVAC Service Technicians – REAL PLUMBERS ®  

Full - Time Plumbing and/or HVAC Service Technician positions are available working from our Oxon Hill, Maryland Office. The Service Technician will provide outstanding customer service through diagnosis, repair, and/or replacement while providing solutions for some of the most challenging Plumbing issues in today’s marketplace. Successful candidates will determine proper procedures, and materials, to solve Plumbing and/or HVAC problems the first time while meeting or exceeding the customer's needs. This position requires , excellent communication skills, 5-10 years Plumbing and/or HVAC Service experience, and a valid drivers permit. Familiarity with Hot Water Heaters is a plus. We will also train candidates who possess specialized Plumbing and/or HVAC experience in expanding their Plumbing / HVAC Service knowledge base.

Job Responsibilities:

· Diagnose, repair, solve, and/or service customer Plumbing and/or HVAC Issue’s
· Provide sales assistance to residential and commercial customers needing system replacement
· Receive and process payment at point of sale
· Operate Point of Sales system
· Present and sell all applicable Real Plumbers® Services
· Stock and maintain Service Truck Inventory
· Place, react, and refer customer telephone calls
· Provide written service reports on all invoices
· Write and process invoice and billing documents
