The "Preferred Customer" Card:

Many of our customers prefer the "Peace of Mind" knowing they are a "Preferred Customer." For a small annual fee, you may purchase the "Preferred Customer Card" (PC) and receive benefits throughout the year.  PC Benefits include: Priority Status for all Emergency and Service related issues, Substantial discounts on many of our “Flat Rate” charges, and Discounted Labor fee's throughout the term of your card.

HVAC and Plumbing Service Agreements:

To assure your HVAC, or Plumbing Systems are operating properly at all times, it makes good sense to acquire one of our "Annual Service Agreements." Our Service Agreements are customized for your specific needs to provide you with Bi-annual Routine Preventative Maintenance, and the confidence to know your Plumbing and/or HVAC systems will be in good working order when you need them most.  Just contact our office to discuss your systems and we will design a Service Agreement expressly for your home or business.
